Partner Jeff Newby Speaking at South Jersey Claims Association

Weber Gallagher Partner Jeffrey D. Newby, Co-Chair of the firm’s Workers’ Compensation Group, will speak to the South Jersey Claims Association General meeting on November 19, at the Ramblewood Country Club in Mount Laurel.  Newby’s topic is, “Has the Supreme Court Brought Sanity Back? Compensability of Off Premises Injuries Just Got a Positive Correction.”
