Partner Mark Setaro Speaking at Central Jersey Claims Association

Weber Gallagher attorney Mark S. Setaro, a Partner in the firm’s Workers’ Compensation Group, will speak to the Central Jersey Claims Association monthly meeting on November 20, at Hamilton Manor in Hamilton, NJ.  His presentation will be updates in New Jersey workers’ compensation law and reviewing recent cases.

Setaro focuses his practice on representing insurance carriers and third-party administrators. He handles matters ranging from those involving basic work injuries to cases of advanced occupational medical conditions and appears before state and federal courts in New Jersey. He is a New Jersey Certified Workers’ Compensation Lawyer.
