James A. Wescoe Selected to Speak at American Conference Institute’s 5th National Forum

Weber Gallagher Partner James A. Wescoe has been selected as a speaker for the American Conference Institute’s 5th National Forum on Defending and Managing Trucking Litigation, March 24 and 25, at the Fairmont Millennium Park Hotel in Chicago. His topic will be defending cargo claims.

Wescoe, who is based in the firm’s Philadelphia office, litigates motor truck cargo and inland marine and trucking casualty matters. 

He represents motor carriers, brokers, freight forwarders, transportation intermediaries and third-party logistics providers and their insurers. Matters Wescoe handles include trucking accidents, cargo loss and damage and freight charge and collection. He also handles contract disputes.
