Paul Fires Joins as Vice-Chair of the 2015 Judge Learned Hand Award Dinner

Paul M. Fires, Managing Partner of Weber Gallagher, is one of this year’s Vice Chairs of the AJC Philadelphia/Southern New Jersey Judge Learned Hand Award Dinner.  The 2015 honoree is Mark Aronchick, a prominent litigator and past Chancellor of the Philadelphia Bar Association. When Aronchick was Philadelphia’s City Solicitor, he was the youngest in the city’s history.

The dinner will be held Wednesday, January 28, at the Rittenhouse Hotel in Philadelphia. The AJC presents this award recognizing an outstanding member of the Philadelphia business, legal and charitable community who is dedicated to professional achievement and community leadership.

Fires, Co-Chair of Weber Gallagher’s Workers’ Compensation Group, litigates matters throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania providing risk management and litigation counseling to large corporations, insurance companies and third-party administrators in the areas of workers’ compensation, general liability, products liability, premises liability and subrogation.
