Andrew L. Indeck Teaches CLM Course Live Standards Training Program

Weber Gallagher Partner Andrew L. Indeck, Co-Chair of the firm’s Insurance Group and Commercial Litigation Group, taught a course for the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance (CLM) Live Standards Training Program. The course was entitled “Evaluating Additional Insured Coverage,” and was presented at Transguard Insurance Company of America in Addison, Illinois, on Feb. 11.

Indeck counsels and represents insurers, businesses of all sizes, public entities and individuals. For over 25 years he has acted as coverage and monitoring counsel for insurers with respect to a wide variety of coverage issues pertaining to the following types of policies: D&O, E&O, EPL, CGL, Fidelity, Surety and Performance, Commercial Property, Auto, Public Officials, Police Practices and Homeowners. His representation of insurers with respect to the foregoing policy types includes defense and prosecution of coverage declaratory judgment and bad faith actions related to claims of first and third party coverage.

Indeck’s litigation practice also involves representation of businesses, individuals, partners, shareholders, directors and/or officers, and public entities and officials, in matters involving wrongful acts, breaches of: contract, fiduciary duty, self-dealing, non-compete agreements, non-solicitation agreements, professional errors and omissions, “business divorces” and fraud.
