David J. Rosenberg, Weber Gallagher Partner and Co-Chair of the firm’s Insurance Coverage Group, has been elected President of The Foundation of the International Association of Defense Counsel.
The Foundation works to make an impact on the civil justice system by providing educational opportunities for the public and the legal community on current litigation issues and works on projects to advance the legal system throughout the world. It supports efforts including iCivics, the National High School Mock Trial Championship and the Survey of International Litigation Procedures.
Rosenberg concentrates his legal practice on insurance and commercial litigation handling matters including bad faith, construction litigation, premises liability, products liability and toxic tort.
