Our attorneys will discuss the impact of the #MeToo Movement on the landscape of employment law. They will review the new amendment to the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination (LAD), and the requirements of New York States new anti-harassment laws and their impact on employers. Our attorneys will conduct an overview of what sexual harassment is and the critical components of properly conducting an investigation when an employee files a complaint.
