Carolyn Mirabile concentrates her practice on all aspects of divorce, support, custody, property distribution, and drafting of marital settlement agreements and prenuptial agreements. Carolyn assists her clients in navigating complex family law issues such as child support, division of assets, protection from abuse orders, alternative family issues, alimony, grandparents' rights, cohabitation agreements, alternative family issues, and more.

As an experienced trial attorney, Carolyn has handled hundreds of complex family law cases in the Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, and Philadelphia Counties. To ensure her clients receive comprehensive representation, she uses the services of both forensic experts and custody evaluators.

A certified court mediator, Carolyn is skilled in helping clients effectively and efficiently handle all divorce proceedings including arbitrations, trials, and post judgment matters and appeals. She has successfully argued cases on appeal before both the Supreme Court and the Superior Courts of Pennsylvania.

A well-recognized leader in the field, Carolyn frequently speaks before professional groups and other attorneys. Carolyn has been recognized by the publisher of the Pennsylvania edition of Super Lawyers magazine for family law from 2010 through 2022. She has received a Martindale-Hubbell AV Preeminent Rating. Additionally, Carolyn has been selected by her peers for inclusion since 2019 in Best Lawyers in America for Family Law. She has also been recognized among Suburban Life magazine’s 2022 Five-Star Attorneys for Divorce/Family Law.

Since 2021, Weber Gallagher's Family Law practice has been recognized as a "Best Law Firms" by the U.S News & World Report and Best Lawyers.

Carolyn serves as the Zone 9 Governor for the Pennsylvania Bar Association representing Bucks, Chester, Delaware, and Montgomery Counties in the House of Delegates.

Carolyn is Past-President of the Montgomery Bar Association, the third largest Bar in the state with more than 2,000 members. She is also the Past Co-Chair and a current member of the Association's Diversity Committee.

In 2012, Carolyn completed the prestigious eight-day Houston Family Law Trial Institute program hosted by the South Texas College of Law.

Carolyn is Co-chair of Weber Gallagher's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee.
