Michael Hamilton defends hospitals, physicians and healthcare workers in medical malpractice matters.
Michael routinely represents employers in labor and employment litigation and provides employers with counseling and guidance in pre-litigation matters involving employees, employee discipline and termination and employee handbooks.
Michael has more than 15 years of litigation experience. He has worked at several Pennsylvania firms where he has handled litigation in both medical malpractice and general liability defense. He also has experience in cases involving civil rights, employment, commercial law and discrimination.
He also has significant experience in defending manufacturer, suppliers and contractors in product liability and toxic tort actions, including cases involving the manufacture of component parts for the nuclear power industry, as well as the manufacturer of tungsten carbide products, electricity-generating windmills, high velocity grinding wheels, and hydro-thermic HVAC systems. Michael has also represented suppliers of products manufactured by others.
