Samuel focuses his practice on defending insurance companies, self-insured and employers in workers’ compensation matters across New Jersey. He works with clients in not only the litigation of matters but assisting to reduce claim frequency and exposure risk. In his role, Sam handles claims that involve all industries including, retail, transportation, manufacturing, construction, home owners, small business and everything in between.

Before joining Weber Gallagher, Samuel worked as a legal extern for an insurance group where he drafted recovery letters against freight forwarders and common carriers. In this role, he reviewed cargo claims records and prepared evidence for outside counsel.
