Jennifer Laver Speaking at PMA Companies Hospital Think Tank

Philadelphia, PA – April 26, 2017 - Weber Gallagher Partner Jennifer G.  Laver  will speak at the PMA Companies Hospital Think Tank in a program entitled, “FMLA, ADA, FCEs and Return to Work in 2017 – What You Need to Know.”

Dozens of representatives from Hospitals in New Jersey are expected to attend the program in New Brunswick on Monday, May 8. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss best practices for hospitals.

Laver, who is based in the firm’s Mount Laurel office, defends insurance companies, self-insured employers and third-party administrators in New Jersey workers’ compensation and general liability matters. She also works with insurance companies to help recover from negligent parties payments made to their insureds in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Jen has experience with mediation and conciliation. Laver also consults with companies on handbooks and risk management in employment.
