Jim Wescoe, Chair of Weber Gallagher’s Commercial Transportation Group, spoke at the annual meeting of the Transportation Lawyers Association (TLA), which took place June 22-26 in Lake Tahoe, California. The topic of Jim’s presentation was the intersection of criminal law and civil law in serious trucking accidents. Jim’s co-presenter was Nathan Lundquist, Vice-President of Trucking Claims at Protective Insurance Company.

The TLA is an organization of lawyers focused on all matters of domestic and international transportation law, regulatory matters, and cargo claims. Jim’s live presentation was streamed to TLA members in Canada, Mexico, and Europe who were unable to attend due to COVID.
