Timothy J. Wilson

Timothy represents clients in an array of matters including insurance coverage, general liability, workers’ compensation, and malpractice. His litigation experience includes real estate, slip and fall incidents, and commercial disputes.

Timothy has more than 20 years of experience in navigating employment law issues. He has handled matters regarding employment discrimination, sexual harassment, the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Delaware Wage Payment and Collections Act, wrongful termination, unemployment defense, employment contracts, severance agreements, and various other employment-related matters.

In his experience, Timothy managed a Delaware real estate practice. His responsibilities included the preparation, review, correction, and approval of deeds and tax documents for refinance transactions. He also conducted real estate refinance closings, showcasing his comprehensive understanding of the field.

Timothy is well-versed in appearing before all Delaware state and federal courts, and he has successfully argued an appeal before the Delaware Supreme Court sitting en banc.
