Elizabeth Wolfe defends hospitals, physicians, psychiatrists, healthcare workers, and medical transportation companies in medical malpractice cases across Pennsylvania.
In addition, Elizabeth’s experience extends to handling construction liability, dram shop liquor liability, premises liability, personal injury litigation, professional liability, and product liability cases, showcasing her versatility and proficiency in a wide range of legal matters.
Elizabeth’s practice also includes representing correctional medical staff in civil rights related litigation in both state and federal courts. In her civil rights practice, Elizabeth develops defense strategies to reduce litigation claims costs. She is an integral part of managing all aspects of these claims from depositions, motions, court conferences, discovery, expert witnesses, etc.

Eaton in the Family Division of the Court of Common Pleas, Allegheny County, PA, where she further honed her legal skills and understanding of family law matters. Additionally, Elizabeth served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Judge Patrick T. Kiniry in the Court of Common Pleas, Cambria County, PA.
