Cases and Experience

Received a favorable decision from the Appeal Board affirming the denial of a Claim Petition alleging head injury resulting in nearly a million dollars in medical expenses and future care.

Although Claimant testified the injury occurred when he was alone, multiple co-workers who were working with Claimant that day helped piece together the event to establish that no such injury occurred.

On behalf of a third-party administrator, obtained a favorable verdict defeating a claim petition alleging bilateral vision and hearing loss.

Worked on behalf of a transportation group, obtaining a favorable decision on a termination petition by establishing that the claimant had fully recovered from his work-related low back injury.

Prior results cannot and do not guarantee or predict a similar outcome with respect to any future matter that we or any lawyer may be retained to handle.
