Gary Stewart dedicates his practice to defending the trucking and transportation industry, focusing on commercial motor vehicles and their insurers. Representing numerous motor carriers and drivers, Gary is known for prompt response to accidents, preserving evidence, and managing cases from the incident to trial.

Admitted to practice in the State and Federal Courts of Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island, Gary has also been admitted pro hac vice in various Mid-Atlantic jurisdictions.

Prior to becoming an attorney, Gary served in the U.S. Merchant Marine and obtained U.S. Coast Guard licenses as Master of Oceans (up to 1600 gross tons) and Chief Officer (unlimited tonnage).

Gary’s legal career includes clerking for the Honorable Rochelle Friedman of the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania. His expertise and dedication have earned him recognition as a Transportation/Maritime Pennsylvania Super Lawyer from 2007, 2009-2012, and 2016-2019, an honor reserved for the top 5% of Pennsylvania lawyers.
