Joe focuses his practice in complex commercial and insurance coverage litigation in state and federal courts nationwide. He has more than 34 years of experience in litigating long-tail bodily injury, property damage, and advertising injury claims, and is well-versed in environmental, mass tort, employment law, reinsurance disputes, construction defect matters, medical malpractice, and warranty and contract disputes. Joe also serves as an umpire in various property damage, construction and insurance claims, where he brings his comprehensive knowledge and impartial judgment to the resolution process.
