Nicolette Arapis

Nicolette Arapis handles insurance defense, personal injury, and product liability matters. She represents insurers in complex litigation cases.

Nicolette graduated magna cum laude from Penn State Law and was inducted into the Woolsack Honor Society, which recognizes academic excellence in the top 15% of the class. She earned concentrations in Health Law and Business Law and received the CALI Award for Excellence in Contracts. Nicolette completed her Bachelor of Arts at Baruch College through the Macaulay Honors Program.

During law school, Nicolette gained hands-on litigation experience at the Veterans and Servicemembers Legal Clinic. She drafted appellate briefs for submission to the Board of Veterans’ Appeals, conducted legal research, attended hearings, and collaborated with medical experts.
