Lynn has made significant contributions to the legal community throughout her distinguished career. She brings more than 35 years of litigation experience, representing both plaintiffs and defendants in high-profile cases. Her experience is particularly notable in insurance defense litigation, encompassing labor law, premises liability, medical malpractice, toxic torts/asbestos litigation, insurance fraud, Federal Employers Liability Act, Errors and Omissions, and coverage litigation. Her extensive involvement in appellate advocacy further underscores her commitment to the legal profession.

From 1993 to 2011, Lynn was a partner at her own firm, where she adeptly represented individual and corporate clients in all facets of tort and commercial litigation. Her practice also extended to trusts and estates, real estate, and bankruptcy. Beyond her practice, Lynn served as an associate professor at Briarcliffe College, where she taught paralegal studies in Torts and Family Law.

Lynn graduated magna cum laude from Mercy College with a dual major in English and History and earned her Juris Doctorate from Western New England School of Law, where she was recognized for Best Oral Argument in the Moot Court Program. She is admitted to practice in New York, the Southern and Eastern District Federal Courts, and the United States Supreme Court.
