Catherine Walto defends clients in the commercial transportation industry and their insurers. She has more than three decades of litigation experience, defending complex and catastrophic personal injury cases, including premises liability, construction litigation, motor vehicle and products liability claims, in both state and federal courts. She has successfully tried cases to verdict in Philadelphia and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and has arbitrated and mediated numerous cases across all jurisdictions where she is admitted.
Catherine has also served as an arbitrator for the Court of Common Pleas for Philadelphia County and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Additionally, she continues to contribute as a settlement master in the judge pro tem program for the Philadelphia Dispute Resolution Center.
