Hanaiya Gholson represents employers, insurance companies, and third-party administrators in workers’ compensation litigation. Her skills include developing and carrying out detailed litigation plans, performing insurance coverage analyses, managing claims, preparing for defense hearings and trials, conducting depositions, and negotiating settlements.
Prior to joining Weber Gallagher, Hanaiya worked as a transactional attorney, focused on contract drafting and negotiation, as well as corporate/business governance. She was also the Director of Legal Education for a leading Bar Review company. She also worked as Corporate and Compliance Counsel for a fully independent National Association of Boards of Pharmacy (NABP) accredited pharmaceutical company and as In-House Counsel for a large financing company, representing lenders as closing counsel for government-guaranteed loans.
