Gabriela M. Sosa-Sanchez

Gabriela M. Sosa-Sanchez represents healthcare providers and organizations in cases involving medical malpractice. They assist in handling claims throughout the process, including depositions, motions, court conferences, discovery, and trial preparation.

Prior to joining Weber Gallagher, Gabriela gained valuable experience in medical malpractice litigation cases at a boutique litigation firm. Gabriela was drawn to the medical malpractice field after serving as a volunteer EMT. They also served as a judicial clerk to the Hon. Richard Wischusen, J.S.C., of the Superior Court of New Jersey, conducting legal research for various litigation matters, managing case dockets, and serving as a mediator for small and civil claims.

While in law school, Gabriela held several leadership positions including the Lead Tech Editor of the Journal of Law and Religion, the University Senator of the Student Bar Association, a Student Attorney of the Immigration Clinic, and Treasurer of the Association for Public Interest Law.
