Weber Gallagher’s Human Resources Manager Alexa Santangelo Named President of the Association of Legal Administrators Philadelphia Chapter

Philadelphia, PA — Jan. 21, 2026 — Weber Gallagher announced that Human Resources Manager Alexa Santangelo has been elected to serve as President of the Association of Legal Administrators (ALA) Philadelphia Chapter for the 2026–2028 term. Her installation is planned during the Chapter’s Change of Gavel event on April 1. 

Santangelo currently serves on the Chapter’s board and has held multiple leadership roles, including Vice President of Business Partner Relations, and Assistant Vice President of Business Partner Relations. The Chapter’s presidency follows a multi‑year leadership track. Santangelo served as President‑Elect from 2024–2026 and, upon completing her 2026–2028 presidential term, will continue to support the Chapter as Past President.
