Philadelphia, PA — Feb. 23, 2026 — Weber Gallagher is pleased to announce that Partner Michael F. McKeon has joined the firm’s growing General Liability practice. Based in the firm’s King of Prussia, Pennsylvania office, Mr. McKeon’s arrival marks the sixth attorney addition this year, reflecting Weber Gallagher’s continued strategic expansion and ongoing investment in talent to further enhance service to its clients.
“Our clients value practical, strategic counsel in high-stakes litigation, and Michael exemplifies that approach,” said Partner Madeline Baio. “His extensive trial and appellate experience, coupled with his ability to manage complex matters from start to finish, will be an immediate asset to the clients we serve. This latest addition to our bench underscores the firm’s sustained growth and its deliberate investment in top-tier talent to strengthen capabilities and deliver even greater value to clients.”

He has served as lead and co-counsel in jury trials across multiple jurisdictions, including representing a national retailer as pro hac vice counsel in Connecticut, and has defended clients in cases involving alleged multimillion dollar personal injury and property damage exposure. His experience includes prevailing on dispositive motions in complex negligence and product liability matters and successfully arguing appeals resulting in the dismissal of significant claims.
A substantial portion of Michael’s practice has involved the defense of national and international manufacturers and retailers in complex product liability litigation. He has defended thousands of claims arising from alleged product related injuries and has served as local and regional counsel in coordinated and mass tort proceedings. His experience includes defending firefighter hearing loss litigation, catastrophic fire loss matters, and claims involving alleged design and manufacturing defects, as well as representing commercial clients in disputes involving contractual and arbitration issues.
