Stephen J. Grillo

Stephen J. Grillo concentrates his practice on defending clients in a wide range of general liability matters, including personal injury, premises liability, property damage, motor vehicle, and construction-related claims. He represents businesses and individuals throughout all phases of litigation, from initial case evaluation through resolution.

Stephen has experience developing defense strategies and managing complex civil litigation matters. He routinely handles all aspects of discovery, including drafting pleadings and motions, preparing and responding to written discovery, analyzing medical and other case records, and conducting and defending depositions. He is also experienced in motion practice and trial preparation, and has supported matters through trial.

Prior to joining the firm, Stephen practiced at national civil litigation firms where he represented clients in general liability, negligent security, labor law, and property damage matters. His broader experience also includes work in insurance coverage, employment, construction, and commercial litigation, providing him with a well-rounded perspective when evaluating claims and advising clients. He has successfully defended premises liability and motor vehicle cases on behalf of property owners, businesses, and insured entities.
