Ms. Geraci will be resident in the firm’s Bedminster, NJ, office. Her addition further strengthens Weber Gallagher’s medical malpractice defense capabilities and reflects the firm’s ongoing investment in experienced healthcare litigators.

Ms. Geraci concentrates her practice on medical malpractice defense and has dedicated her career to representing healthcare professionals and organizations in complex matters. She defends physicians, nurses, dentists, hospitals, and other healthcare providers in litigation involving allegations of medical negligence and also advises clients in licensing and medical board matters.

She handles matters through all stages of litigation, from case assessment and discovery through motion practice, expert development, and trial preparation. Ms. Geraci works closely with healthcare providers, insurers, claims professionals, and medical experts to evaluate claims, develop litigation strategy, and pursue favorable outcomes for clients. Her experience includes managing complex medical malpractice matters, coordinating expert witnesses across numerous specialties, preparing and defending depositions, and representing clients in mediations and court proceedings.

Prior to joining Weber Gallagher, Ms. Geraci practiced at defense-oriented firms where she maintained a significant medical malpractice caseload and represented healthcare professionals and healthcare organizations in high-exposure litigation. She earned her J.D. from The Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University and her B.S. from The College of New Jersey.
