Weber Gallagher Welcomes Partner Lynda E. Liebhauser

NEW YORK CITY — Aug. 3, 2026 — Weber Gallagher is pleased to announce that Lynda E. Liebhauser has joined the firm as a Partner in its New York City office. Her addition further strengthens the firm’s casualty, general liability, construction, trucking and transportation, and premises liability practices while continuing Weber Gallagher’s growth trajectory throughout the Mid-Atlantic, Midwest, and South Florida.

Liebhauser joins the Weber Gallagher ranks with more than 25 years of defense litigation experience representing businesses and insurers in a wide range of liability matters. Her practice focuses on premises liability, construction-related claims, New York labor law matters, automobile liability cases, and general negligence actions. She also represents restaurant franchises and other businesses in complex premises liability litigation and regularly appears in state and federal courts throughout New York and New Jersey.

Her experience includes depositions, motion practice, mediations, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation in matters involving transportation, construction, premises liability, and general negligence claims.
