Jot Saroop Sandhu defends healthcare professionals and institutions in medical malpractice litigation. He brings a strong foundation in legal research, case analysis, and courtroom procedure, developed through his experience as a judicial law clerk in the New Jersey Superior Court, where he drafted judicial opinions, bench memoranda, and court orders involving a broad range of civil matters.
Prior to joining Weber Gallagher, Jot gained additional experience through judicial and legal externships, conducting legal research, drafting legal analyses, and assisting clients with a variety of legal matters. He also supported intellectual property and regulatory compliance matters for biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies.
While attending law school, Jot served as a judicial extern in the Delaware Superior Court. Prior to pursuing a legal career, he competed as a Division I collegiate tennis player and was selected to participate in the NCAA Leadership Development Symposium.
