Brendan Clark

Brendan Clark focuses his practice on insurance coverage matters and related litigation. He counsels insurers on complex coverage issues, prepares coverage opinions, and represents clients in a wide range of coverage disputes and liability claims.

Brendan has experience handling matters involving general liability, professional liability, property damage, construction claims, environmental liability, products liability, and other complex exposures. He also represents insureds in litigation, working closely with carriers and policyholders throughout all phases of the litigation process.

Before joining Weber Gallagher, Brendan practiced with national and regional law firms representing insurers in coverage and litigation matters. While in law school, he served on the Seton Hall Legislative Journal.
