Patrick defends commercial motor vehicle companies and their insurers in state and federal courts involving commercial transportation, contracts, cargo claims, trucking liability defense, personal injury, and premises liability.

Patrick represents multinational package delivery companies through all phases of the litigation process including jury trial. He defends his clients against personal injury, breach of contract, and insurance coverage claims. Patrick also has experience handling damage and loss claims and lease agreements.

Patrick has extensive experience in handling arbitration and mediation matters, including through the American Arbitration Association. Patrick manages and oversees all arbitration cases for his clients, notably facility maintenance companies. 

Patrick’s practice also consists of handling matters involving construction accidents, construction defects, and product liability matters for national construction companies and contractors.
