Weber Gallagher is dedicated to community service and pro bono work. Our team actively supports programs like the Ronald McDonald House, Career Wardrobe, and Habitat for Humanity. We engage in various activities, from serving meals to building homes and volunteering at local schools. As a firm, we sponsor scholarships of local students and provide financial support to nonprofits, schools, and charities.

Committed to giving back, our attorneys are encouraged to dedicate a minimum of 25 hours annually to pro bono work. We assist the elderly, those with disabilities, veterans, homeless individuals, and children. Success Stories

For 30 years, Weber Gallagher has been an unwavering community supporter and advocate for those who cannot afford legal representation. Working hand-in-hand with these individuals and organizations, we continue to make a meaningful difference in the community, as evidenced by a few of our success stories below:

  • Working with the Veterans Association to assist veterans in the application and appeals process of obtaining disability benefits.
  • Partnering with Lackawanna Pro Bono, which assists financially disadvantaged individuals and families in civil matters such as landlord/tenant disputes, mortgage foreclosures, and education law.
  • Providing legal services through the Philadelphia Volunteers for the Indigent Program, supporting its efforts to provide quality pro bono legal services and ensure access to justice for low-income Philadelphians.
  • Working with Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve, a Department of Defense program that promotes cooperation and understanding between reserve component service members and their civilian employers, and to assist in the resolution of conflicts arising from an employee’s military commitment.
  • Providing Wills for Heroes with legal writing skills to assist active and veteran military personnel with creating living wills to protect themselves and their family.
  • Working with Chester County’s Access to Justice Program to provide complimentary legal services to people whose earnings exceed the legal aid threshold but still fall below certain poverty guidelines.
  • Partnering with Kids in Need of Defense (KIND), which is the preeminent U.S.-based nongovernmental organization devoted to protection of unaccompanied and separated children. KIND envisions a world in which every unaccompanied child on the move has access to legal counsel and has their rights and well-being protected as they migrate alone in search of safety.
