Past Achievements & Future Objectives
  • In 2023, Weber Gallagher held an inaugural Black History Month Essay Contest which asked students to share why the right to vote is important to them and all citizens in the United States. Approximately 20 students submitted essays and four winners were chosen and awarded the top prize.
  • Weber Gallagher's Chief Marketing Officer received a 2022 Diversity in Business Award from the Philadelphia Business Journal.
  • Weber Gallagher participated in The Philadelphia Inquirer’s Diversity & Inclusion Awards Gala.
  • Weber Gallagher participated in Drexel University’s Kline School of Law’s Diversity & Inclusion Table Talk Program.
  • Weber Gallagher participated in a breakfast at the Mid-Atlantic Region of the National Black Law Students Association (MABLSA) Region conference held in Philadelphia.
  • Weber Gallagher hosted a Summer 1-L Student through the Montgomery Bar Association Annual Robert E. Slota Summer 1-L Diversity Program.
  • All Summer Associates participated in a rigorous Summer program which brought diversity of thought, students from different backgrounds, and eligibility to participate in all firm events including the DEI initiatives.
  • Hiring Committee members attend minority career fairs for all level positions.
  • Weber Gallagher mentors and employs a diverse group of high school students to increase interest in pursuing a law firm career either as attorneys or staff members.

  • Weber Gallagher has been recognized for Innovation in Diversity and Inclusion by The Legal Intelligencer and added to their Watch List for their unique and inclusive program, The Breakroom.
  • Our Chief Marketing and Business Development Officer was recognized by the Philadelphia Business Journal for a Diversity in Business Award in 2022.
  • Weber Gallagher Partner received the 2019 MBA Robert E. Slota, Jr. Award from the Montgomery Bar Association.
  • Weber Gallagher Partner was named 2019 Diverse Attorney of the Year in NJ Law Journal’s third biannual award.
  • Weber Gallagher Scholarship presented to Angel Velez, Camden City, NJ, graduating senior.
  • Weber Gallagher Scholarship presented to Cameron Klots, Camden City, NJ, graduating senior.
