Alexia Seepersaud handles matters relating to appellate litigation, complex multi-party litigation, employment practices, general liability, insurance coverage, product liability and professional liability.
During law school, Alexia was part of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Honor Society and competed in the Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot in Vienna, where she arbitrated against international competitors. She was Co-President of the International Law Society, and she also served as a student senator in the Student Bar Association, advocating for student interests.
Alexia gained practical experience in the Elder Law Clinic, working with Project Guardianship to research complex legal issues related to housing and medical care for vulnerable clients. She also conducted research on best practices for advanced directives. As a research assistant, she examined the impact of QR codes on consumer privacy and security.
