Ali Iftikhar is a civil litigator who defends businesses and insurers in various general and business litigation matters, with experience spanning commercial litigation, construction, premises liability, negligent security, product liability, wrongful death, and other complex tort claims. His litigation experience has produced consistent client successes across diverse matters, whether through early legal rulings, negotiated case resolutions, or court proceedings.

Ali’s work routinely involves developing case themes, managing discovery, taking and defending fact and expert depositions, litigating dispositive and evidentiary motions, and representing clients at mediations and hearings. He is also experienced in appellate advocacy and brief writing on complex issues, which strengthens his ability to position cases for favorable resolution and defend outcomes on review.

Prior to joining Weber Gallagher, Ali served as lead counsel on a wide range of contested matters, including construction defects and other insurance defense litigation, complex commercial disputes, and specialized matters requiring coordinated strategy across multiple parties and venues. He has handled arbitrations arising from business disputes and construction issues, as well as proceedings involving alleged FINRA violations, and has experience with both domestic and international arbitration forums.

While in law school, Ali was actively involved in student leadership and advocacy initiatives. He held a leadership role with the Federal Bar Association’s student chapter and was engaged with international and business‑focused legal organizations.
