Her practice focuses on defending clients from the initial stages of litigation through resolution, including discovery, motion practice, depositions, mediation, and settlement negotiations.

Before joining the firm, Alicia gained significant experience handling high‑volume litigation matters, managing sizable caseloads, and working closely with clients and claims professionals to develop effective defense strategies. She regularly drafts pleadings, discovery responses, motions, and trial-related documents, conducts and defends depositions, and prepares cases for mediation and potential trial. Alicia’s background also includes hands‑on experience negotiating settlements and providing detailed case evaluations and status reports to clients.

Alicia brings a practical and detail‑oriented approach to her work and is fluent in Spanish, which allows her to effectively communicate with a broad range of clients and witnesses.
