Carolyn Mirabile concentrates her legal practice on all aspects of divorce and family law from divorce proceedings and child support to asset division and custody matters. She drafts marital settlement and prenuptial agreements and assists her clients in navigating complex family law issues, protection from abuse orders, alimony, grandparents’ rights, cohabitation agreements, alternative family issues, and more.

As an experienced trial attorney, Carolyn has handled hundreds of complex family law cases in Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, and Philadelphia counties. With a focus on tailoring strategies to the unique needs of each case, Carolyn engages forensic specialists and custody evaluators to offer comprehensive support to her clients.
