Charley T. Monroe

Charley Monroe focuses his practice on workers’ compensation defense, representing multinational retail companies, restaurants, transportation services, healthcare facilities, and third-party administrators, among others.

Charley’s involvement in litigation covers everything from the initial stages of a claim to hearings, depositions, mediations, and arbitrations. Charley is also experienced in presenting cases before the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board and conducting fee reviews for his clients, ensuring thorough and informed legal support.

Charley was selected by his peers for inclusion in the 2022 – 2026 editions of Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch^® in America for his workers’ compensation practice.
