Successfully represented a group of trade school students in obtaining a favorable verdict in a consumer fraud action against a trade school they attended.
Successfully represented client in a case involving early COVID-related release from jail, successfully arguing that the court had the discretion to deem his sentence completed without the need to return to finish the remaining term of sentence.
Successfully represented client in municipal court obtaining post-judgment relief in cases involving fraudulent use of his credentials by another individual in connection with two prior motor vehicle convictions.
