Denise represents insurance companies on a national level in claims involving Directors and Officers (D&O), Commercial General Liability (CGL), Errors and Omissions (E&O), Fidelity, Surety, Umbrella, and Commercial Auto. Additionally, Denise handles bad faith litigation, first-party liability claims, first-party property claims, and employment practices liability insurance (EPLI).
As an experienced litigator, Denise has counseled insurance companies in matters where the underlying claims involve construction defects, products liability, property damage, personal injury, premises liability, and New York Labor Law claims. Denise has extensive knowledge of managing cases with risk transfer issues and additional insured coverage claims.
In her practice, Denise has also handled insurance defense litigation involving environmental, asbestos, toxic tort, and civil rights violations.
