Eve K. Kokolis

Eve Kokolis focuses her practice on defending employers, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators in workers’ compensation matters throughout New Jersey. She represents clients at every stage of the process, from the initial evaluation of claims through litigation, settlement negotiations, and appeal.

Drawing on more than 15 years of litigation experience, Eve works closely with clients to develop practical strategies for managing claims and resolving disputes efficiently. She regularly analyzes medical and legal issues, prepares and argues motions, conducts depositions, negotiates settlements, and represents employers and carriers in court. Her experience handling complex claims allows her to navigate challenging factual and medical issues while keeping clients informed and focused on their business objectives.

Eve has also represented clients on the plaintiffs’ side in personal injury matters, where she gained extensive experience in litigation, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation. That background provides her with a unique perspective on the litigation process and the issues that frequently arise in injury-related claims.
