Felicia Romain focuses her practice on complex civil litigation, including premises liability, products liability, motor vehicle and transportation matters, and New York Labor Law and construction-related claims. Her knowledge of these areas allows her to provide strategic advice and effective representation to clients facing complex litigation.
Felicia is skilled in conducting depositions, developing litigation strategy, negotiating settlements, and advocating for clients throughout all stages of litigation. She prioritizes regular communication with her clients and provides practical, strategic guidance focused on managing risk and achieving favorable outcomes.
Felicia also has a strong interest in the intersection of artificial intelligence, emerging technology, and the law. She has written and spoken on AI-generated evidence and the evolving impact of artificial intelligence on litigation and the legal profession. She also serves as Co-Editor-in-Chief of Weber Gallagher’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Newsletter, where she contributes to thought leadership on emerging issues affecting the profession.
Before joining Weber Gallagher, Felicia gained valuable litigation experience as a prosecutor with the Kings County District Attorney’s Office. She also gained experience handling matters involving the Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act, Defense Base Act, and War Hazards Compensation Act, honing her expertise in federal compensation laws and their specialized applications.
