Haesun Alexis Kim

Haesun Alexis Kim represents clients in general liability, premises liability, automobile, and trucking and transportation liability matters. She handled cases from inception to conclusion, overseeing depositions, conferences, and mediations. In her experience, Alexis has tried numerous trials receiving successful outcomes for her clients.

Alexis has written and edited numerous successful appellate briefs on a wide range of subjects. Notably, she drafted a successful summary judgment motion on a significant injury under the Insurance Law Section 5102(d) and won the appeal to set aside a jury verdict. Ki Tak Song v. Oizumi, 120 A.D.3d 557 (2nd Dept. 2014). Additionally, at a previous firm she managed their motion and appellate practice while supervising junior attorneys with their cases.

During law school, Alexis was the articles editor of the Colorado Journal of International Environmental Law and Policy. Additionally, she interned with judges in the state and federal courts.
