Hanaiya Gholson

Hanaiya Gholson represents employers, insurance companies, and third-party administrators in workers’ compensation litigation. Her skills include developing and carrying out detailed litigation plans, performing insurance coverage analyses, managing claims, preparing for defense hearings and trials, conducting depositions, and negotiating settlements. 

Hanaiya was selected by her peers for inclusion in the 2027 edition of Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch^® in America for Workers’ Compensation Law – Employers. This accolade recognizes extraordinary lawyers who have been in private practice for less than 10 years in the United States and is based entirely on peer review.

Prior to joining Weber Gallagher, Hanaiya worked as a transactional attorney focused on contract drafting and negotiation, as well as corporate and business governance. She was also the Director of Legal Education for a leading bar review company. She also worked as Corporate and Compliance Counsel for a fully independent pharmaceutical company accredited by the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy (NABP) and as in-house counsel for a large financing company, representing lenders as closing counsel for government-guaranteed loans.
