Inder Deep Paul represents clients in commercial motor vehicle defense and real estate litigation. As an experienced trial attorney, he brings a wealth of expertise from his time as a private attorney and a former Pennsylvania Deputy Attorney General. His dedication to his clients and his proactive approach to legal defense have established him as a trusted advocate in the commercial motor vehicle industry.

Inder also serves as an Arbitrator in the Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas for Philadelphia County.

He previously served as a clerk for the Honorable John F. Cherry in the Dauphin County Court of Common Pleas and for the Honorable J. Michael Eakin of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.

Cases and Experience

In a tax appeal matter, the county Board of Assessment Appeals concurred with his valuation of the market value for a property. As a result, the assessed value of the property was reduced by more than a million dollars, significantly lowering the client’s tax liability. This reduction translates to a significant annual tax savings for our client.
