James Sheehan focuses his practice on insurance coverage. He has experience with insurance coverage matters and is well-versed in providing opinions and litigating claims.
Before joining Weber Gallagher, James also focused on labor law and appellate matters. He also served as Assistant Corporation Counsel with the New York City Law Department in the Special Federal Litigation Division.
While in law school, James studied in Lyon, France, earning an LL.M. with honors in International European Business Law. He completed a federal judicial internship with the Honorable Esther Salas at the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, and served as a research assistant to Professor Aaron Twerski at Brooklyn Law School.
