Jennifer Bruce represents transportation and logistics clients in a wide range of complex litigation matters. Her practice focuses on defending claims arising from transportation accidents, commercial disputes, and related liability issues in both state and federal courts. Jennifer approaches her practice with a focus on preparation, attention to detail, and clear communication. She works closely with clients to understand their operational priorities and delivers practical, results-driven strategies tailored to their business needs.

Jennifer’s practice spans all phases of litigation, from early case assessment through trial and appeal. She drafts dispositive motions, briefs, and pleadings, prepares and defends depositions, assists with witness preparation, and supports trial strategy. Her background includes work on matters involving Class I and short line railroads, including crossing accidents, injured worker claims, and real property disputes.

In addition to her transportation litigation experience, Jennifer has advised businesses, nonprofit organizations, and municipalities on a variety of commercial and employment-related matters. She has assisted lead counsel in complex bench trials, independently handled matters from inception through resolution, and participated in appellate advocacy before federal courts.

During law school, Jennifer served as a Student Intern in the Civil Rights Appellate Clinic, where she worked on federal appellate litigation and successfully argued a civil rights matter before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. In recognition of her advocacy skills, she was awarded the International Academy of Trial Lawyers Award for outstanding ability in trial advocacy.
