Jennifer Shorr is a leader in the Philadelphia legal industry, representing local and national businesses in complex civil litigation claims.

Jennifer has more than 30 years of experience defending high exposure personal injury cases and other civil claims across New Jersey and Pennsylvania state and federal courts. She routinely represents clients in a broad spectrum of issues including premises liability, general liability, products liability, automobile, insurance fraud, trucking, construction accidents, and dram shop claims. Her vast litigation experience combined with her astute intellect have earned successes for her clients and respect from her colleagues and peers. She often sits as an arbitrator or mediator in disputes in this field.

A broad range of industries are represented in Jennifer’s clientele. Her clients include large national retailers such as national supermarkets, restaurants, retail stores, shopping malls, airlines, banks, trucking companies, commercial property owners, and other businesses from across the region and the country.

In addition, Jennifer serves as an arbitrator, mediator, and judge pro tempore in major jury matters in Philadelphia.

Additionally, Jennifer enjoys sharing her years of wisdom at legal and industry events. She is a frequent speaker on a myriad of legal topics affecting commercial property owners and businesses, and regularly leads continuing legal education courses.

In law school, Jennifer clerked for the Honorable G. Craig Lord, in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas, Complex Litigation Division. She also studied international law and government in a study abroad program at the University of Leiden, Netherlands.
