Jennifer Suh focuses her practice on medical malpractice defense representing doctors, nurses, hospitals, and other healthcare facilities. For over a decade, Jennifer has litigated cases involving allegations of negligence, misdiagnosis, surgical errors, and other medical-related claims. She is involved in all aspects of each case, from inception through trial. She has played a pivotal role in securing numerous defense verdicts. In addition, she defends healthcare professionals before licensing boards, including the State Board of Medical Examiners in New Jersey. She has also successfully represented clients in personal injury and commercial litigation matters.

Jennifer clerked for the Honorable Susan J. Steele, then a Judge of the Law Division, Civil Division in the New Jersey Superior Court, Bergen County. She also interned with the Honorable Peter E. Doyne, A.J.S.C. (ret.) of the New Jersey Superior Court, Bergen County; the Honorable James L. Cott, a magistrate judge of the United States District Court, Southern District of New York; and the United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York.

Since 2019, Jennifer has been included in the New Jersey edition of Super Lawyers magazine list of Rising Stars. She was named in the Medical Malpractice practice area. Additionally, Jennifer was selected by her peers for inclusion in  The Best Lawyers in America® Ones to Watch since 2022 for her medical malpractice defense practice. “Ones to Watch” awards recognize extraordinary lawyers who have been in private practice for less than 10 years in the United States and are based entirely on peer review.
