As a skilled litigator, Jordan manages all aspects of a case from inception to trial, providing seamless representation for local and national clients. Prior to joining Weber Gallagher, Jordan worked primarily in workers’ compensation, but also gained valuable experience handling immigration matters, including visa and citizenship applications, and entertainment law cases involving script review, pre-broadcast IP risk assessment, and copyright and trademark issues. The legal and industry knowledge that he accumulated now contributes to the strategic and discerning advice that he provides to his workers’ compensation clients.
