Justin Anderson handles professional and general liability matters for his clients. He defends businesses and individuals in civil claims involving premises liability, automobile liability, construction accidents, and product liability. He has more than a decade of experience representing architects, engineers, and other design professionals in matters involving alleged design errors, omissions, delay damages, and personal injury claims. He also defends property owners and clients in the construction industry against a broad range of general liability claims related to personal injury and property damage.
Justin manages all phases of litigation through trial, partnering closely with clients to craft effective defense strategies, negotiate settlements, and analyze contract provisions to pursue the most cost-efficient resolution of each case. His approach blends strategic legal analysis with practical, client-focused solutions aimed at resolving disputes efficiently and effectively.
A Division III athlete, he played on the varsity football team throughout his time at The College of New Jersey.
